First Day of Spring Semester 2010.

I am finally a second semester college sophomore! My winter break was exactly a month long and I was dying of boredom with my time away from school. The majority of time was spent on eating, sleeping, and all-around procrastinating. I became a lazy person! With the time I spent resting, I have sincerely missed my time studying and listening to lectures. When I’m home on break, I lose all ability to concentrate and study. It’s about time that I hit the books!

My first class today was an advance Psychology course that focuses on the study of memory. Since this was just the first day of class, the professor didn’t start on lecture, instead he discussed the syllabus and the requirements for the course. The professor of this course was the same professor I had for my Introduction to Psychology course. It was in his class that I proved to myself that I can fall, but instantly pick myself up again. (Long story short, I got my first C ever and after that one exam, I picked up my grade to all A’s after that stumble. I blame it on the break-up that I experienced that semester.)

Second class for the day was General Physics I. I’m still unsure whether or not I should be nervous about this course, but judging from my Physics background, this semester will be a little challenging with Physics. My professor for Physics is a nice lady with a thick (perhaps Romanian) accent. She’s quite charming and I’m hoping she sticks to her word that she makes this course geared for Pre-Med students taking the MCAT (since about 50+ out of 64 students are Pre-Med students).

Third class for today was my favorite course of all time, Organic Chemistry. I loved every minute of Organic Chemistry I, so I’m sure Organic Chemistry II will be even better! Even though my professor of Organic is a little perverted, his dirty jokes can keep me awake during this evening class.

Tomorrow will be a new day, and I’ve got two more courses to explore. I hope everyone has a great spring semester!

I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying school! I can’t wait to go to college this fall myself. and if you loved your Organic Chemistry course, then we have something in common. I love science and plan to get a degress in Biology for Med School as well.

I wish you the best of luck with everything and hope to hear from you soon. I’m kind of new to the blogging world.

    Later! :D
